TRAINING SESSIONS START AT THE TIME LISTED. PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR.

Fall training starts in early September and continues until December 13, 2025. Training is on during all holidays, unless otherwise posted.

Ocean athletes train in all safe weather conditions. Cancellations and location changes will be posted on the home page under TRAINING SCHEDULE UPDATES.
