HS SPRINTS/HURDLES/LONG JUMP:

HS POLE VAULT:

  • Mondays: 4:15-6:00pm

  • Wednesdays: 8:00-9:30pm at QUEENS PARK

  • Saturdays: 9:00-10:40am

  • Last Training Day of 2026: December 12

TRAINING SESSIONS START AT THE TIME LISTED. PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR.

2026 training starts in early January and continues until December 12, 2026. Training is on during all holidays, unless otherwise posted.

Ocean athletes train in all safe weather conditions. Cancellations and location changes will be posted on the home page under TRAINING SCHEDULE UPDATES.
